One of the best gifts an adult volunteer can give the youth with whom he or she works is to be trained. Old Baldy District provides a convenient and seamless training curriculum that spans the Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and Venturing programs and is focused to meet individual leader's needs, whatever your tenure or position might be. Our training objective is 100% trained leaders.
